Flow outline
Game Plan
- hunt begins here. Your mindset: attack, advance, submit. No playing defense, only relentless pressure to find finish
Standing
- Initiate fight. Close distance, break their posture, and force them to mat. is where you set tone of domination
Wrestling
- If they frame, often takedown is your first submission. chain attacks together—snap them down, drag their arm, or shoot for legs. put them on their back where they belong
Single Leg Takedown - Pipe
- From here, Crack their base and drive them to mat. Control leg, finish takedown, and immediately transition to crushing top pressure
Front Head Lock
- Once set, you've broken their posture. now choke them or use it to spin to back. is a kill position—don't let them breathe
Ankle Pick
- From here, A simple, brutal takedown. Off-balance them, snatch ankle, and dump them. Instant top position, instant control
Passing Guard
- Smash through their legs. Use pressure, underhooks, and head control to flatten them and advance to side control or mount. Their guard is just a delay before tap. Switch if it stalls
Side Control
- Once set, pin them and isolate a limb. heavy shoulder pressure, crossface control— is where you set up arm attacks or transition to mount for finish. switch if it stalls
Defence
- From here, usually forget playing guard. is about regaining top position. use sweeps and reversals from half guard or closed guard to get back on attack. defense is just a temporary setback
Closed Guard
- Control their posture, break them down. Attack with armbars, triangles, and sweeps. Don't just hold them—make them pay for being in your guard
Half Guard
- From here, A transitional battleground. Use underhooks and frames to sweep or advance. Lock down their leg, create angles, and get back on top to hunt submissions
Sweep
- If they frame, most of the time bridge from bottom to top. off-balance them, use leverage, and dump them. a successful sweep puts you in a dominant position to attack. don’t force it
Mount
- quick note: king of positions. smother them, control their arms, and hunt finish. arm triangles, armbars, and head control—all roads lead to tap from here. timing over strength
Back Control
- ultimate control. Hooks in, chest to back. Isolate neck and finish with a rear naked choke. There is no escape from here
Rear Neck Choke
- Quick note: finish. Thumb dig, lift, karate chop back, elbow over, head to wrist, twist and pull. Lock it in deep and squeeze until they tap or go to sleep
Guillotine
- If it shows up, Catch head, lock choke, and finish. Whether from front headlock or sitting back, is a brutal neck attack that ends fights
Armbar
- Isolate arm, control elbow, and break it. From mount, transition to S-mount, sit back, and hyperextend joint. Finish with authority
Head Control
- From here, most of the time dominate their posture. use head control to set up chokes, arm triangles, or transitions. control head, control fight
Crossface - Armpit Grip
- Key detail: a crushing control from mount or side control. drive your shoulder into their face, grip armpit, and flatten them. sets up submissions and breaks their will
Kimura
- if it shows up, lock shoulder, twist arm, and finish. from top or bottom, is a powerful control that leads to taps or positional advancement
Flower Sweep
- A fundamental sweep from guard. Control sleeve and collar, elevate their hips, and roll them over. Get on top and attack
Ribeiro - Outside Armbar
- A slick armbar finish. When they post to defend a sweep, trap arm, swing your leg over, and extend. Catch them on outside and finish. Don’t force it
Ribeiro - Middle Armbar
- Key detail: when it happens, another armbar attack. when they defend centrally, control arm, pivot, and lock in submission from middle. no escape
