Core Positions Attack
- Once set, most of the time is where the hunt begins. these are your kill zones—mount, back mount, side control, knee on belly. from here, you don't just control; you attack. every movement should be hunting for a submission. no mercy, no hesitation
Mount
- Quick note: The king of positions. You're on top, they're trapped. From here, you're hunting Arm Bars, Triangles, Guillotines, and Chokes. Don't just sit there—attack immediately. Make them pay for every breath. Timing beats strength
Back Mount
- Often is the money position. You've got their back—now finish them. Hunt for the Rear Naked Choke or the One Arm Short Choke. Lock it in tight and squeeze until they tap or go to sleep. Timing beats strength
Side Control
- Once set, usually pin them down and start hunting. from here, you're looking for submissions or advancing to mount or knee on belly. don't let them breathe—apply pressure and attack. switch if it stalls
S Mount
- If they frame, if it shows up, a high-control variation of mount. perfect for isolating an arm and hunting the arm bar. get here, trap that arm, and finish them
Gold Standard Arm Bar
- Most of the time The classic finish from S Mount. Isolate the arm, break their posture, and hyperextend that elbow. Make them tap or snap it
Mounted Triangle
- From here, most of the time a brutal submission from mount. trap their head and arm, lock your legs, and squeeze. they'll tap from the pressure or go out
Smother Choke
- From here, use your body to cut off their air from mount. press your chest or shoulder into their face. it's a mean finish that breaks their will
No Gi Azekial
- Once set, a nasty no-gi choke from mount. wrap your arms around their head and squeeze. no gi to grip? no problem—finish them anyway. don’t force it
Mounted Guillotine
- from here, catch their head from mount and finish with a guillotine. it's a power move—crank it until they tap. switch if it stalls
Three Quarter Mount
- A transitional control position. From here, you're hunting the Gift Wrap or flattening them out to attack. Don't stall—move to finish
Head And Arm Choke
- A classic choke from Mount. Trap their head and arm, and squeeze. Simple, effective, and fight-ending
Gift Wrap Arm
- quick note: a control position from three quarter mount. isolate their arm behind their back—now you're hunting submissions or advancing to the back
Flatten Out With Fishing Thigh
- Quick note: A control technique to pin them flat. From here, you're setting up the Rosses Flatten Out One Arm Sub. Don't just hold them—attack
Knee On Belly
- From here, a painful, dominant position. drive your knee into their solar plexus and hunt submissions like the quick fire shotgun armbar or baseball bat choke. make them suffer. timing beats strength
Standing
- the fight starts here. you're either taking them down or pulling guard to hunt submissions. no time to waste—get to the finish
Open Guard Passing
- Break through their guard to get to dominant positions. Pass, advance, and hunt submissions. Don't get stuck—smash through
Half Guard
- Most of the time A transitional position. From here, you're either passing to Side Control or Mount, or hunting submissions. Control the legs and attack
Back Take
- Once set, if it shows up, the ultimate goal. take the back from three quarter mount or other positions. once you're here, it's time to finish with a choke. switch if it stalls
Pull Guard
- from here, a strategy from standing. pull them into your guard to start hunting submissions or sweeps. it's a setup for the attack. angle matters
Rosses Flatten Out One Arm Sub
- A submission from the Flatten Out position. Isolate an arm and finish them. It's a mean, pressure-based attack. Switch if it stalls
Grants Shit Side Rear Naked
- A Rear Naked Choke variation from Back Mount. Lock it in from the side and squeeze. They'll tap fast
One Arm Short Choke
- Quick note: A choke from Back Mount using one arm. It's tight and brutal. Get under the chin and finish them
