  9. Half-Guard (Top)

    • You've passed one leg and are in top half guard. is where all those pressure passes and underhook battles happen, like in Bernardo Faria's game
  10. Sprawl

    • Once set, quick note: they shot in, you sprawled hard! like in those wrestling defense drills. puts you on top in their turtle or front headlock
  11. Front Headlock / Turtle (Bottom)

  12. Open Guard (Top)

  13. O / Uchi - goshi

  14. Knee-On-Belly
