    • If they frame, often when they have your back, don't panic. smash your shoulders into them, control their hands, and create space to escape. pressure is your defense—make them carry your weight while you work
  2. Top Closed Guard

    • Quick note: You're in their closed guard—time to smash. Posture up, break their grips, and drive your weight into their hips. Control their legs, pressure down, and look to pass. Don't let them breathe
  3. Top Closed Guard

    • Most of the time Back in top closed guard after escaping a headlock. Re-set pressure, control their hips, and work your passes. Smash through their guard with relentless forward pressure
