Leg Drag Entry Setup

Under Hip Grip Variation

Twister Hook Variation

Arm Pin Variation
- 1. Pin opponent's arm to the mat 2. Weaken hip defense 3. Execute leg drag with controlled pressure
Sleeve Defense Counter
- 1. Opponent grabs your sleeve 2. Secure bottom hip grip 3. Slide knee to hip as opponent sits up 4. Take back position
Leg Underhook Defense
- 1. Opponent underhooks your top leg 2. Pull leg slightly 3. Grab ASIS (anterior superior iliac spine) 4. Stand up with elbow on knee 5. Stack opponent and pass
Far Side Leg Drag

Stretch Hook Variation
- Most of the time 1. Stretch leg drag hook 2. Stack foot on your knee 3. keep control during transition Switch if it stalls
Heavy Leg Counter
