    • Often Secure half guard. Control their leg. Work for underhook or create a scramble

    • They have taken you down. Defend position. Execute your escape immediately. Timing over strength
  8. Guard Passing From Top

    • From here, You are in their guard. Break their grips. Pass to a dominant position. Pay attention to posture
  9. Closed Guard On Bottom

    • from here, you have closed guard. control their posture. attack with sweeps and submissions
  10. Technical Stand Up Escape

    • Most of the time Get to your feet. Use frames. Create space and stand up

  15. Over Under From Standing

    • Most of the time Use over-under pass. Control legs. Pass to side control
  16. Single Under Pass

    • When it happens, Get single underhook. Control leg. Pass to side control
  17. Swim Pass

    • If they frame, when it happens, swim your arms through. clear their legs. pass to side control. switch if it stalls
  18. Staple Pass

    • When it happens, Staple their leg to mat. Control position. Pass to side control
  19. Dive Under Sweep

    • From here, most of the time dive under their leg. elevate their hips. complete sweep
  20. Partial Pass

    • Quick note: You have partially passed. Control position. Secure full pass
  21. Quarter Guard On Side With Frames

    • From here, you are in quarter guard. maintain your frames. work to recover full guard or sweep. angle matters
  22. Underhook Attack

    • If they frame, secure underhook. use it to sweep or take back. attack immediately
  23. Sit Up Sweep With Bump

    • Bump them. Sit up. Complete sweep to top position
