- when caught in armbar, hitchhiker escape. if they adjust, transition to guard recovery

- If they frame, from standing position, engage with takedowns. if they defend, chain to different entries
Double Leg Takedown
- Shoot for double leg. If they sprawl, transition to single leg or guard pull
Pendulum Sweep
- If they frame, usually execute pendulum sweep. if they base out, chain to scissor sweep or push sweep
Guard Pass Defense
- From here, when opponent passes, frame and recompose guard. if they pressure, transition to sweeps. don’t force it
Triangle Choke
