  2. Closed Guard Bottom

    • If they frame, attack immediately from bottom closed guard. threaten sweeps and submissions constantly—never just hold position. make them pay for every second they're in your guard
  3. Demi Garde Bottom

    • Once set, usually half guard is an attack position, not a defensive one. immediately threaten sweeps, back takes, and submissions. never settle—always be moving toward dominant positions

    • From here, if it shows up, escape mount aggressively. bridge, shrimp, and create space immediately. don't just survive—attack their balance and create opportunities to reverse

    • Most of the time Pressure down and attack immediately. Don't just hold position—threaten submissions and advance to mount or back control. Make them carry your weight constantly
  8. Back Top

    • finish the fight from back control. attack the choke immediately—don't wait. keep hooks and control while constantly threatening submissions
  9. Back Bottom

    • Key detail: most of the time escape back control aggressively. hand fight, shrimp, and create space immediately. never accept the position—attack their grips and create openings. don’t force it
