  4. Front Triangle

    • From here, triangle choke from guard. lock legs around opp's neck and arm
  5. Armbar

    • most of the time armbar from guard. isolate opp's arm, extend hips for submission
  6. Omoplata

    • Most of the time Shoulder lock from guard. Wrap leg around opp's arm, rotate for pressure. Pay attention to posture
  7. Cross Choke

    • Choke from guard. Cross collar grip, squeeze for submission
  8. Bravo Choke

  9. Kids Sweep (Double Ankle)

    • If they frame, from here, sweep when opp stands. grab both ankles, lift and roll
  10. Side Scissors
