- From here, most of the time the foundation - smash their shoulder into the mat with your butterfly hooks, controlling their posture and setting up all your attacks. keep them pinned and feeling the cage pressure
Butterfly Shoulder Smash Position
- From here, often you've got them smashed - shoulder pinned, posture broken. from here you can finish the shoulder crusher or react to their defensive movements. keep pressure and watch for their escape attempts
Finish Shoulder Crusher
- Crush that shoulder joint - scoot your hips back and drive pressure down. isn't just a submission, it's a statement. Make them tap or risk shoulder damage
Butterfly Sweep
- When they pressure into you, use that butterfly hook to elevate and sweep. Get on top immediately - ready to ground and pound or secure a dominant position against the cage
Finish Cutting Armbar
- Usually They tried to free their arm - bad move. Foot on thigh, shrug the shoulder, throw that arm up to your neck and fall to your inside hip. Secure the armbar before they can defend. Don’t force it
Finish Choi Bar
- If they frame, usually they drove you to your outside hip - frame that knee on their head, throw your leg over, break their posture. secure the choi bar submission from dominant control position. switch if it stalls
Finish Inverted Armbar
- Often They defended the armbar and freed the neck grip - time for the inverted finish. keep control and torque that arm from unique angle
