Control your opp's back & finish them. Different grips, handling their defenses, & knowing when to switch btwn the rear naked choke, rear triangle, & armbar.

  1. Back Attacks

    • is where you have your opponent's back. Your goal is to control them and look for submissions. Think about getting your hooks in and securing a good grip. Don’t force it
  2. Underhook Side

    • Usually You have an underhook on one side of your opponent. gives you control and opens up attacks. Keep your chest tight to their back
  3. Overhook Side

    • If they frame, quick note: you have an overhook on one side of your opponent. controls their arm and sets up different attacks. make sure your grip is strong. timing beats strength

    • Often A triangle choke from the back. Use your legs to trap their head and arm. Lock it up and squeeze to finish

    • Usually An armbar from the back. Isolate their arm and extend it over your leg. Control their wrist and lean back to finish. Angle matters
  8. Body Triangle

    • Key detail: you have a body triangle with your legs around their waist. is a strong control position. keep your feet locked tight
  9. RNC

    • Most of the time A rear naked choke after handfighting. Once you win the handfight, slide your arm in for the choke. Don't rush it. Switch if it stalls
